Health has history
Since 1982 the Jordanbad in Biberach is a recognized Kneipp health resort.
Kneipps World
Its sources made the Jordanbad in 14. century well-known. In 1889 the Franziskanerinnen of Reute opened with the Jordanbad the first medically led Kneipp Water in Germany.
Sebastian Kneipp (1821-1897) investigated and announced the various welfare strength of water. He visited the Jordanbad three times and recommended Biberach thereupon in his lectures. Minister Kneipp praised in particular "the healing effect of the sources and the pleasant climate". Since 1982 the Jordanbad is recognized a Kneipp health resort.
The medical effect of the Kneipp' methods is proven and savors in the age of integral medicine increasing popularity. Come along on a discovery journey with us and experience Kneipp completely again.

His teaching is based on five columns:

- nutrition and
- life system
As a pioneer of the self medication Kneipp understood how to heal diseases and how to prevent them.

Humans are, what one eats: When it comes to nutrition the Jordanbad always attached value on high-quality food from regional cultivation. Therefore we offer in our restaurant and café in the Parkhotel, in the restaurant Lagoon, in the sauna bar and in the restaurant “Feuerstein” healthy and delicious dishes.

Find your strength by being calm: In the relaxation and meditation room you can trace the effect of your applications. Or you change into the hot spring, which is directly connected to the therapy center. You will find further oases of peace in the park, in the chapel or church as well as in the World of Senses. The nuns invite you to join them for services, conversations and for prayers.
